Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 23 JAN 2024 meetings were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
 - Randy suggested discussing TSCHK2 development and testing

AR review:

New ARs:
 - Lance will check with Tammy to see if they have a current list of licensees.

Discussion:
 - Randy and Lance have received emails from Atul about the development of  
   TSCHK2. The -canonical argument changes version 1 to 2 or vice-versa. It's 
   also involved in number formatting. Formatting is just for significant 
   digits, not RI to MA. Now the version conversion with multiple reference 
   values creates a potential discrepency. The values for the [Reference] 
   keyword are declared in the specification to be below the keyword with 10 
   values per line. Atul will make the formatting consistent in different 
   cases. The values will always start on the line after the keyword. Also, 
   reference resistor values should not be converted and printed as decimal 
   numbers if they originated as integers. Basically, copy the reference 
   values as a string. 

 - Randy checked the current list of licensees to see if it needs to be 
   updated before releasing the TSCHK2 code. It appears that the list of 
   licensees needs to be updated. Lance will check with Tammy to see if they 
   have a current list of licensees.
